We ensure our products are at the highest standards and give 100% customer satisfaction.
14 days return policy starts from the day in which you physically receive the products from us.
Please note for hygiene and safety reasons any cosmetics cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted and items are deemed faulty or incorrect, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.
If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please let our customer care team on within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items (Cosmetics)
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders and any cosmetic lines.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note when items have been received it can take up to 5-7 working days to process for funds to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.
We will take off our delivery costs when the initial order was placed.
Note: Please contact our customer service email to ensure the right return address. We will not be responsible for refund if the item is returned to the wrong address.
